「Well presented hotel, but once you go beyond surface level it really isn't good enough to justify the money or the 5* rating Despite what they claim, none of the pools are heated, so its pretty cold with the sea breeze. The food is below average, little variety and its poor quality mass produced slop. The a la carte restaurants are a bit better, but overall you would really expect the food to be a lot better. 「The room was clean and tidy. Pool facilities were nice and clean no issues with sun beds any time of the day. The beach area was lovely clean, tidy and private. Only issue i would say is the all inclusive is probably the worse I've had the food options were on repeat everyday. Enquired about late check out and was told £160 for 4 hours which is crazy. Been to plenty hotels and never been asked to pay such a ridiculous amount.」
