「コストパフォーマンスが高く、快適に過ごせました。」

「Absolutely worse experience of my life. Booked weeks in advance for 2 people. Got to hotel was refused entry because my fiance is a Moroccan and we didn’t have marriage certificate. When this was never mentioned before or after booking. They refused to refund. And now my trip was ruined. Was left stranded.」

「Accueil professionnel. Hébergement correct. Pour le petit déjeuner, il faudra vous adresser au bar attenant à l'hôtel qui propose un service de qualité (A conserver sur le long terme !).」

「Clean room staff friendly」

「I really enjoyed my stay here. Thank you.」

「One of the best stays I've had in Agadir! Hotel Prestige is clean, modern, and very comfortable. The location is fantastic - you can walk to the beach in 3 minutes. The staff is incredibly welcoming and helpful. They really go above and beyond to make your stay perfect. Great atmosphere, quiet, and excellent service. For this quality and price, it's unbeatable. I 100% recommend it and will definitely come back.」

Breakfast was a bit of a let down lots of unlaid tables the coffee machines (3) were either broken or off which meant you had to stand in line waiting for a coffee from the barista. It is a shame because there were lots and lots of staff but they...

「The female reception staff was rude, unkind and not helpful; This was my tenth time in Marokko and my worst experience; I will never recommend a Riu hotel to my friends. However, staff at dinner time was friendly, as was the male reception staff.」
