「We had an excellent experience in this hotel. It was the first time we visited this hotel. Located a bit away from the city centre, the hotel's deco, ambience and service were comparable to a 5-star hotel. We were particularly impressed by the service of Ali, proactive, considerate and detailed to meet our needs, even the unspoken. We had dinner and breakfast in the hotel and found them enjoyable. 」

「The only (minor) complaint here is that the entrance is a little awkward. We ended up storing a suitcase just inside the front door to keep us from accidentally stepping down or falling. Other than that, our stay was great! We were close enough to walk into Cirencester to enjoy market day, but not so close that we had to worry about parking. The house was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. There was some renovation happening on the barn just across the way, but it didn’t bother...
