"We stayed here for 5 nights in April. We had a warm welcome from the front desk staff and the public areas were clean and attractive. Our room on the ground floor was clean and comfortable. We only ate one night in the restaurant, the food was delicious and reasonably priced. Breakfast each day was exceptional with a very good variety of food offered on the buffet. Every member of staff we came in contact with were cheerful friendly and helpful. A bonus is that the park and ride is just a few minutes walk away, so we would definitely stay here if we visit Oxford again."

Alex at the front desk was fantastic,friendly and very welcoming and we were also able to park in the underground garage. "Although the property is undergoing renovations, staff apprised in advance so it was not a surprise when we arrived. And! the workmen were not only accommodating but quite genial. The room was well appointed and the amenities were great (love the biscuits!). The complimentary breakfast is really tasty with a lot of choices. Best.hotel.ever!!!"
