「This property is rustic on par with an old cabin. However, it is large and spacious, with plenty of parking and was exceptionally clean. Did I mention that it was clean! There were birds in the attic and the roof is tin/metal. During a thunderstorm the roof tiles flapped in the wind which made quiet a racket. I was worried that heating/cooling would be an issue, but the HVAC equipment appeared new and we had no issues with it. I was surprised by how rustic/old it felt, but can't stress...
