Your Montrose adventure begins at this charming 3-bedroom house. With 2 king beds and 1 queen bed, this tranquil retreat offers a cozy 2nd living sun room. Guests can unwind in the 3 bathrooms equipped with a shower, bathtub, and hair dryer. Enjoy all that Montrose has to offer when you stay at our place. Nice spacious grassy yards with patio overlooking green space and spring fed ponds. 4 smart TV's. View frequent wildlife, deer, Canadian Geese, herons, foxes, ducks. No busy highways. Neighborhood is perfect for walking or biking. Safe, clean, spacious neighborhood with very low traffic volume.

MONTROSE REC CENTER - Indoor climbing wall, indoor walking track, community pool, clubhouse, game room, racquetball, lap pool, wellness pool, gym, fitness center, outdoor track, playground, pickleball courts within minutes.

HUNTING & FISHING: Morrow Point Reservoir (24 miles), Blue Mesa Reservoir (38miles)

HIKING/BIKING TRAILS & PARKS: Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park (13.0 miles), Ridgway State Park (17.5 miles), Uncompahgre Plateau (trail riding, snowmobiling (12 miles.)

Quiet location. House is well maintained and very comfortable. Rooms were spacious. Wish we could have just hung out more and enjoyed the back patio. It was so peaceful at night. Great for a family. We spent most of our time leaf peeping so Montrose was a good landing spot for the northern portion of our trip.

This is a nice home in a beautiful, quiet location. Easy access to downtown Montrose, shopping, dining and rec center. Also a good base for traveling to surrounding communities like Ouray and the Hot Springs pool there.

Check-in was easy. Host was responsive and friendly. Clean. Comfy beds. Great water pressure. Quiet neighborhood. The house had everything you’d need. Everything was in working order. Good stay

We had a great stay! Kitchen was well stocked and made evening meals easy after long days. We used this property as a central place to visit Colorado's offerings in the area. We found escape in the backyard, reading and grilling. The living area was comfortable where the family watched a few shows (all the bedrooms had TVs too, but we didn't use those). Beds were comfy. And the 2 and a half baths reduced the morning congestion as we scrambled out on our adventures.We would be happy to stay here again when we come back to the area!

Wedding weekend

From the begining the property owner was great. Great communication throughout our stay. The property was as listed, a great, quiet neighborhood including the deer who walked through the yard. We had everything we needed. Will highly recommend staying here!

Loved it.

We, family of six including three children, enjoyed the house so much. Clean, spacious, well decorated, and well-stocked. A great location as a basecamp to national parks nearby. We visited five natiotuonal parks during our 4 days stay.

Beautiful Property, Great Location

We really enjoyed our stay at the property which is in a great location just west of Montrose. The house is spacious, clean and the layout works great for families. It’s in a country setting and we enjoyed the huge lot and wildlife (birds, deer). We’ll definitely stay at the property again on our next trip.

Great Place

Other than being a little bit outside of town, 5-minute drive to town center, this was as good as it gets. Very clean, extremely well provisioned (laundry pods, shampoo, cooking supplies, etc.), quiet and spacious. From the back porch we routinely observed deer and sheep. Could not have asked for more.

Wonderful Montrose Home Off the Beaten Path

We had a wonderful time on our 3 night stay at this property in Montrose, CO. The home was exceptionally clean and tidy, had all the amenities you would expect, and we loved the open feel at this great neighborhood. Will definitely stay here again if opportunity arises.
