"La pulizia della camera non era eccezionale al nostro arrivo, e purtroppo basta un pomeriggio di domenica di pioggia per mandare un po' in tilt la situazione. Alle ore 14.40/15 impossibile mangiare nella struttura (ristorante chiuso, minimarket chiuso, bar senza prodotti salati) ed impossibile anche recuperare un ombrello se ne sei sprovvisto. In zona a quell'ora tutto chiuso eccezione del forno 24h ore a 15 minuti a piedi dalla struttura, dove siamo arrivati completamente zuppi. Personale...

Immaculate and well equipped with all kitchen needs. When we arrived there was a welcome letter and 2x bags of cookies which was a beautiful touch. "There wereno pla es to oark and I have a disability. No one to help with luggage. Had to park 2 blocks away.The room ,decor, and paint in the room looked like original . No shampoo or soap in the BR. After I got my luggage to the first floor which would be our 2nd they locked off the lift to the first floor. My room had a small veranda but the door was looked and not accessible probably because broken window out there. The air conditioning was wonderful. I moved to a new place the next day."

"Loved my stay here for 3 nights. It was extremely clean and spacious along with close proximity to La Spezia Centrale. Made it easy to hop on are off the trains to Cinque Terre everyday. Plenty of diving options literally around the corner and the room was easy to check in to and get for resting in between adventures. Will definitely come back. Thank you 😊 "

"Great accomodation after a long day in Cinque Terre. Very convenient access to the train station but it was still quiet in our room. Our room was clean and AC was good that we overslept and almost missed our train😂 Baggage drop off is also available at the location. Would definitely recommend!"
