Very convenient to get a bus to Florence historic city. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel. Entrance outside the hotel does not look nice. The Front desk area is okay. This is an old hotel in need of renovation. Breakfast is good. Not special. This hotel did not meet my expectations.

I liked the friendly, efficient staff, our well-furnished and comfortable room and the generous and tasty breakfast. Its location is also very convenient for the rail station and airport bus, tourist sights and local restaurants.

Great place to stay near Florence, it’s quite and relaxing. The pool is great.

Amazing! We booked an apartment and it was excellent HOWEVER, when I booked I didn’t know that the apartment was completely seperate from the hotel itself, it was in another building, about a 5 minute walk. But besides that we were happy with everything

The hotel is perfectly situated on the River Arno. The courtyard is lively and the roof terrace has spectacular views. It’s lovely to sit up there watching the sunset with a glass of wine. Our superior room was spacious and faced the courtyard. It was comfortable and very quiet. Breakfast is the most varied continental breakfast I’ve ever seen. We would definystay here again.
