「What an absolute treat The Red Lion is. I went of pervious reviews and it didn’t disappoint. In fact it exceeded my expectations, what a gem of a place. The Staff were simple amazing, David and Jasmine were fantastic and always on hand of we needed anything. The rooms are so comfortable and modern, the Breakfast was fabulous and the food in the pub was outstanding. My only problem is that I won't have the homemade biscuits that were in the room, tonight with my cuppa tea when i am at home.」

「イギリスの宿はこんな感じだろうな、という想像通りの宿でした。 良くも悪くも適当です。 メインはパブで、宿がおまけで付いているという感じです。 アメニティはシャンプー石鹸含め一切ありません。部屋についても、ついたら掃除するからちょっとまってね、と掃除しはじめたくらいです。 ただマスターも物凄くいい人でしたし部屋をなぜか？料金変わらず二つにしてくれたりしました。 ちなみに、wi-fi有料、イングリッシュブレックファースト無料となっておりますが、wi-fi無料のイングリッシュブレックファーストが有料でした。 ま、朝なぜか時間になってもマスターが現れず、朝飯は食べれず鍵と手紙を残して帰りましたが…(⌒-⌒; )」

「The room was very clean and had excellent lighting (not often the case nowadays). Staff very polite and efficient. Excellent breakfast as well. Would certainly use again. 」

「A simple and modest country village pub with very friendly owners who took great pains to welcome and look after me. Arriving late, they had kept a good supper for me. The bedroom was large, clean and nicely old fashioned. The old church nearby chimed through the night but did not wake me. As I left before breakfast, the landlords left me a sandwich and apple. In no way smart and modern but with a very warm and relaxing atmosphere. 」

「I don’t usually do reviews but I have to say the room I had was excellent and the bed was the best bed, mattress and duvet I have ever slept in! A great nights sleep so thank you very much! 」

「Lovely room and the staff could not have been more helpful. Breakfast was superb and parking easy. It would however be nice if there were spa facilities for guests rather than just a treatment room.」

「Cleanliness was tops. Distance to Heathrow and ease of shuttle to the airport were great, but we expected it to be free. When we called to book, and ask about a shuttle, we found out it was available, but no one mentioned a per person fee....we had spent all our pounds so we wouldn't take any home to the states, and the driver didn't have change for a 20pound note, so we had to use a debit card. Minor annoyance, but...」
