"The room was very nice, clean, and comforting, but the breakfast was not impressive. "

"There was a nice breakfast buffet but food items that were supposed to be warm were not warm. There doesn't appear to be sufficient heating apparatus to keep warm items warm. The hotel appeared to have a large number of children as guests. The room above me was occupied by children running and jumping throughout my stay which was unfortunate."

"I have stayed here a couple times. Was worried initially that it wouldn’t be very good considering the low price… but this is a good place! IMO worth the cost (we paid about $60-70 per night in late 2025). No frills, but more importantly- no bad surprises. Safari njema!"

"The Tyler house was great. It was clean and comfortable. The outdoor fire pit was a fun surprise. The kitchen had enough cookware and dishes. The only thing I would have possibly added was more living room seating but using the dining chairs made up for that. The staff was extremely kind. "
