"Service was non-exsistent. The location of the Spring Valley Ranch was incredibly difficult to find. The interaction with the only representative encountered was to describe me as “a dude”. The room, though fine, was poorly lit. Decided not to stay and drive 2 hours to find a decent accommodation."

"One of the bedrooms had hard beds, but the rest of the rooms were great. The house was warm, but the temperature outside was over 100 which counted for air conditioner working hard. Over all we had a great time staying in the house and the owner was easy to get hold of if we needed anything. 4.7 out of 5"
