Clean room, amazing staff, location is great

The room was clean and the staff very accommodating. The breakfast was quite sufficient and had a good variety. The location is great. It's a short walk from the square, shopping and from restaurants.

Great value, great size, great staff. And we loved the small touches like the free minibar, complimentary glasses of prosecco after returning from a long tour, and hair band in the vanity pack.

Mario and the staff were incredibly accommodating. We were helped from the minute we stepped into the doors of the lobby till we checked out 8 days later. Traveling internationally can be intimidating but Hotel Santa Croce put all the uneasiness I had being in a foreign land with my wife and son to rest. I will return to Italy and I will absolutely stay here again.
