"Stay away from this hotel, it’s dirty, front desk is a mess first they gave us a smoking room, then changed for a different room which we hadn’t booked and finally we were giving another room with just one bath towels, one very worn out face towel, the bathroom lights didn’t work, the fridge in the room doesn’t work either. "The rooms were clean. The bathroom & toilet were average. The food at the restaurant was good. Benny Gomes (steward) was very helpful. There are two hotels with same name. One is Menino & other is Menino executive. There is no sign posting of the executive hotel. "

"Booked reservation with breakfast buffet included. However, had to pay extra for the breakfast at the property. The staff did not validate my Expedia reservation that included breakfast buffet. Nothing comes complimentary with this property, charged more than half of per nights rate to check in early even though they had rooms available/ ready to check in. The air conditioning is centrally regulated it seems as cutting off in the middle of the night and cannot be turned on using the remote."
