"First, let me state from the beginning that Seashore Beach House was overall an excellent rental and we had an amazing time. That being said, one of the main issues was the temperamental functioning of the elevator. The main purpose for renting this particular property was for the elevator because my grown son is on crutches recovering from 2 major ankle surgeries. At best the elevator was marginal, it would get stuck on the bottom or second floor. I contacted the property rental office who referred me to the Maintenance Manager who made two visits. His last visit to this property, he stated he was going to recommend that they contact the elevator company and request that they make an annual maintenance check. Ultimately, we were only able to utilize the elevator less than a dozen times for the entire week which was problematic!Second, and this seems minor but it was advertised in the listing of amenities and it was one of our wishes, was to rent a place with a BBQ grill. However, both propane tanks were empty. When I contacted the property manager, she referred me back to the Maintenance Manager who stated that refilling the propane tanks was up to the renter. This was a surprise because it wasn't stated in online listing.Third, the Hot Tub had not been serviced in quite a while. There was a lot of sand in the bottom of the tub and the water was questionable? There was a fee for the Hot Tub. These are things that should be addressed, even if it's off-season."

"Third visit to this property and it never disappoints. You would be hard pressed to find easier access to the beach anywhere. The elevator is a life saver getting everything up to the kitchen. We also noticed a few upgrades from past years. Betsy was great throughout the entire process!"

"My mom and I enjoyed Becky's oceanfront gem! This home was clean, comfortable, uncluttered, easy to access, and beautifully decorated. It takes about 12-15 steps (via the stairway) from the road front and 6 steps from the large, mostly covered deck to the beachfront. The location of this home is perfect! Restaurants and bars are within walking distance or a short drive, and the ocean is beautiful and right there! The kitchen is well stocked with cookware, cooking utensils, and eating ware. The communication w/Becky was timely and thorough. I would definitely come back!"

"Will definitely be back in the future! Perfect spot for a family of 4. House is steps from the water. Our fur babies thoroughly enjoyed themselves, as did we. Very dog friendly beach which we loved! House was very clean and cozy. Super easy check in and check out. Very fast response from host. 10/10!"

"The house is beautiful and walking distance to the beach. It was very important that we found a vacation rental that was dog friendly, and this place was perfect with a fully fenced backyard. The elevator in the house definitely helped when packing suitcases up to the bedrooms from the bottom floor! The pool and hot tub were clean and ready to use upon arrival. There were multiple options for dinner close by and we found a few cute little road side shops.My only complaint was the showers weren't super clean, but they weren't awful either. Overall I'd definitely stay here again!"

"From check in to check out our stay at the Flip Flop Inn was amazing! Susan was an outstanding host! Quick to respond to any questions I had about the house before and during the stay! The Flip Flop Inn felt like home the moment we stepped into the house! The elevator was a game changer! (my two dogs enjoyed the ride on the elevator to go on their walks daily)The walkway to the beach was one of the nicest we have experienced. Having the ramp to get out to the beach made it easy to take out all the beach items! We had one our best vacations!! The kitchen had everything we needed! One of the most well stocked kitchens we have seen! Hosts Susan and Bob are the real deal!!! Thanks for an amazing stay!"
