"Condos location is excellent, very short walk to beach. Condo is well stocked with kitchen supplies, paper products. Host responded quickly for questions. Would recommend this condo to anyone when traveling to N Topsail Usland. "

"If you want a beach house that is literally on the beach this is the house for you! Walk right off the gated porch and into the sand. We have a small dog so the gates were a huge plus not to have to worry about her getting out! She loves the beach as much as we do. We only used the king bed and it is very comfortable! Not to firm & not too soft. No, I'm not Goldilocks but as folks with back issues It is always a concern. You will have everything you need in the unit. The kitchen is nicely stocked. Steve, the owner, was easy & helpful when communicating. I contacted him twice about restaurant recommendations and an issue with the TV and both times he responded quickly. Also, there is a walkway across the street that gives you access to the Sound!! The only criticism I might have was the carpet could stand a cleaning. Some stains but no odor and I did not feel grossed out like in some hotel rooms. I would definitely stay here again!"

"This was a great beach house! Loved being able to just walk out on the beach. Topsail was quiet but that was perfect for us. We had everything we needed and loved the big table in the kitchen. We would definitely stay here again."
