She said 2 different company uses different system, i gave key that is all I could. But her manager found it her own PC ！. The staff said to go out from reception. I was still talking with Hotels.com staff, and no other guest ! Next day, I stayed another Red Roof Inn Plus. Reservation was not missing. it was very smooth. Thus the problem is in this hotel. Never recommend. "
