To whom it may concern. The refrigerator was not working. Called the front desk and no one came. The television was a joke. The basic channel were not available. Not sure i will be back. After reading the reviews on this hotel I was nervous On arrival some parts were better than I thought, others worse I e mailed the hotel before arriving and did not get a reply, I e mailed again and got no reply, on chasing I eventually got a reply! Poor When booking the shuttle the gentleman was rather rude, reception lady that checked us in was very efficient, on checking out the gentleman was curt and unhelpful Room was ok Breakfast was probably the worst I have ever had, set up in a conference room with rows n rows of tables, the food was bland and poor, very disappointed

We thought this hotel was charming. On arrival we received a friendly and efficient check in by reception. Our room was clean and we appreciated the very effective air conditioning and the small fridge in room. Breakfast was lovely and varied. Hotel was in a great location. Easy to park and near good shops and restaurants. Recommend!
