While it is rather remote, there is a 7-11 across the road and food options dotted around. The complimentary public bath (across the road) and the in-house bath and lounge area (with coffee and sweets) were one of the highlights of the hotel. The breakfast had a good spread."

"We were unaware on our reservation through Hotels.com that our reservation included breakfast and dinner. We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights and dinner was basically the same every night - not what I am looking for in a vacation. Still the dinner is very good. Having said that, all the food is very Japanese, so not what all travelers can do. The hotel itself is gorgeous with amazing amenities. The staff lovely although not too comfortable with English which is fine of course. We particularly enjoyed the massage chairs, cold plunge and sauna. But the in room onsen bath was my favorite!"

"If you’re looking for a clean, safe and well maintained accommodation. This is it. The area around it doesn’t have much to offer during the evening. It’s in an expensive shopping area and a stores in close up early. It is close to the train station. I didn’t really enjoy it because it seems mostly functional as opposed to warm and welcoming, but it certainly was convenient."
