The Space:
This hand-built home has one private bedroom. The second bedroom is in a loft above the living room, which is accessed by climbing a ladder. A full private kitchen is available. The bathroom is attached to the private bedroom. FYI — Guests must walk through the master bedroom to use the bathroom!

A sliding glass door connects the living room and private deck, with stairs down to the backyard and fire pit.

Guest Access:
This space is part of a duplex, with long-term occupants living in the unit below. There is free driveway parking for one vehicle, and free roadside parking for additional vehicles.

The Neighborhood:
Minturn is a quaint town with a classic Main Street strip full of restaurants and shops, with the town center being just a 10-minute walk from the unit. You can often find live music at Little Beach Park, which is so close you can hear it from the balcony.

Getting Around:
There is one parking space available in the driveway and free parking on the road.

There are specific street parking rules in the winter for plowing. Follow posted signs.
