Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

Terrible

I booked this property (paid the full amount beforehand) then the guy cancelled on the day of the check-in without prior warning.I called in the day before check-in asking for check-in instructions to which I was told I would receive them the next morning. But the next morning they cancelled the booking, leaving me stranded desperately searching for accommodation with no place to stay.Vrbo should have measures in place to protect customers against people like this. Very disappointing.
