I booked it so my sister—visiting from abroad—could experience New York’s fall, and the location was perfect for apple picking, Minnewaska trails, and Mohonk Mountain House.The home felt like a peaceful retreat in the middle of the forest, yet had all the modern comforts. Everything—from the kitchen and entertainment units to the yoga mats, fire pit, and beautiful surroundings—was thoughtfully prepared. We left feeling rested and energized.
