「Me gustó el hotel, la limpieza era 10/10 el personal muy atento. En varias ocasiones nos atendió Vilmarie y fue muy amable nos ayudó mucho y nos fuimos muy encantados con ella. Siento que el Laundry deberían mejorarlo y ponerlo más bonito de lo demás nos fuimos muy contentos !!!! 」

「Nice property. Too many restrictions related to check in and check out times related to lack of personnel working late or too early. No food alternatives after 8 pm or before 8 am. 」

Todo lo demas excelente, buen ambiente, vista hermosa, campo, paz, clima bueno, habitación limpia comoda, piscina limpia, rio bello llano y accesible, restaurante del tablado con buena comida, buena presentación y precios económicos. ¡Gracias por la experiencia, volveremos pronto!」

「The rooms are clean with comfortable beds. It may not be modern yet provides all the comforts and needs. Has a boutique style courtyard and the staff are excellent and attentive. It’s away from the loud bar scene in center of town yet a walkable distance to get there. Would definitely stay there again.」

「The place was very clean. The lighting in the rooms was very poor. No phone in the room and no connections for your cell phone. The area was very quiet. No lounge chairs at the pool only tables n chairs for the restaurant. No elevator only stairs to go up to the second floor. The hotel is still having doing renovations. Over all I would stay there again. 」

「Clean rooms. Staff was really helpful and accommodating. We got to the hotel with our 5 year old well before check-in and while they were booked solid they tried to get us into a room as soon as possible. I also really liked that they had Easter activities planned for the children, and made sure the kids had fun things to do. 」

「The hotel was clean, and the staff was very friendly. I have to say the staff made the visit all worth a while. Everyone from the front desk to the maids to the staff at the Pisces restaurant was super friendly and accommodating to me and my family. They have a private gate that leads straight to the beach, which was very accommodating. My kids enjoyed the pool and it was always clean. The only area I could see improvement for was the fitness facility. They were pretty much missing all of their...
