「The property has a lot of potential its small but comfortable and very well located. My main problem with it was the two AC units were damage. One of them had a horrible noise which render one of room useless and the other keep turning on/off every 15-20min. One of the couple who were supposed to stay had to leave. It was not a great stay, but if they decided to invest in new equipment the apartment will be a great option. 」

「So, first worries were "How inexpensive is this? Whats Wrong?" Basically nothing. This place is great. It is small, and that probably keeps the clientele more adults only. The guy on the weekend (Angel maybe?) was outstanding, nice, exceptionally bilingual. It is ON the beach. Not THE best beach in all of PR, but really quite good enough. Walkable, not too rough, some sandy bottom but want shoes if walk further out, some rocks and Urchins. But wouldn't trade this stay for the world. Street...
