「Traveled in winter, only one outlet visible for plugging in block heater (-28c) that night. Couple of dents in wall and lamp shade peeling from inside, had to leave damage deposit but did not check room before check in, felt anxious that they might charge me, i did not get charged, so I did not have attest that was there before. They will have to improve all their flaws before charging for that deposit. 」

「It was very smooth to check in. The room was fairly big for two people. Nicely cleaned and was close to almost everything!! On top of those, the price was very reasonable. There was not a thing to complain about. We would love to stay at this motel when we visit Kenora next time!!」

「The front desk girl was terrible, absolutely no customer service from her, didn’t tell us where the breakfast would be , just had the I don’t care attitude, our room stunk so bad, and was not clean, I’m pretty sure they didn’t change the blankets, we felt like we were in a another world, we went to the comfort in in Cochran Ontario, and it was so great, staff, cleanliness and all thinking we would get the same service, but we were truly supposed to how terrible it was, it was way to over priced,...
