「This historic B&B has such charm, especially when you enter the building. It is in the country, and the grounds are beautiful and peaceful. It is located about a 10 minute drive to New Hope. The breakfast is wonderful. The staff members are friendly and welcoming. We had a couple of issues in our room and they were taken care of within minutes of informing them. If the B&B isn’t busy, you can park close to the building, otherwise, the parking is up an incline and away from the building. 」

「First time here. Loved the walkability. Room was very clean & comfy. Front desk staff & room service staff were very polite & helpful. Pros- great water pressure, soap dish (you’d be surprised how many hotels don’t provide, making a mess at the sink, so thanks!) Cons- no mini fridge in room (I need cold water), pillows are way too soft for me. Would definitely return.」

「This is a clean and barebones property. Relatively quiet with a strong staff (Michelle is amazing), you should have a good, restful time. However, the fitness room looks like it has throwaway workout equipment shoved into a room. There are also no blackout curtains. It often seems like the staff mops the floors but doesn't vacuum or sweep them beforehand.」

「Could use bathroom sink because it was filled with black mold with strong odor. Ant was on dining table so I couldn’t eat food in the room . I called the staff they never mind me . Called the second time maintenance came and left back out . They came back and they left back out never fixed the problem.」

「The room itself was clean. The hallways smelled like either cigarette smoke or weed. They took a $50 deposit if anything was wrong with the room but we did not receive ours back and there was literally nothing wrong with our room when we left.」

「Nice ownership. Room was dark with minimal lighting and 1-2 light outlets. Large TV only good for playing games. Shared bathroom was fine. Continental breakfast minimal. Coffee available any time was a plus.」

「After checking in went to the room which was around the back and found a dozen or so construction workers sitting on tailgate to trucks with loud music blasting. Called the office I said you have a party going on in the back they said I don't have a party going on anywhere and hung up on me. Call back again and they hung up on me again.
