-🛏️ Bedroom: a spacious double bed and a large closet where you can easily store everything you need 👗👔.

-🚿 Modern bathroom: with a spacious shower stall, bidet, towels, mirror, hair dryer, and a complimentary toiletries kit 🧼.

🔑 In-person check-in required
As required by Milan City regulations, in-person verification is mandatory at our office.
Once you’ve checked in person, we’ll provide you with the digital keys to access the apartment.
⚠️ Lost Keys
If you lose your keys, a €100 penalty will be charged.

📶 Important: Do not disconnect the Wi-Fi!
If you unplug the router, you risk being unable to access the apartment.

🕒 Check-in hours: 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM
Please let us know via chat if you plan to arrive early or late. Thank you!

🌙 Late check-in (after 9:00 PM)
There is a €50 surcharge. We accept arrivals until 11:45 PM, but no later.

🚪 Check-out by 10:00 a.m.
In case of a delay, there is an extra charge of €15 for each additional hour.

💸 Late Check-out
Guests who check out after the designated time without authorization will be subject to a penalty through Airbnb.

📜 House Rules
Compliance with the rules is essential to ensure a pleasant experience for all guests. Penalties will be imposed in the event of serious violations.

UPON REQUEST, YOU CAN ARRANGE FOR A TAXI RIDE AT A DISCOUNTED RATE.

We also offer a crib service for families, but we need to know in advance so that we can prepare everything necessary for your baby.
The rental fee is only €20.
We simply ask that you let us know as soon as possible.
