Disliked: Staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
部屋は綺麗でしたが，シャワー室からかなり水漏れがあり，床拭きが大変でした．トイレットペーパーのフォルダがなく不便でした．電気ポットがないのに何故かインスタントのコヒーや紅茶がおいてあります．トラムが目の前を走っているので，騒音が気になる人には向いていません．

Ikke helt som forventet, men fint nok ophold

Stedet ligger i et rigtig fint nabolag og var nemt at finde, både selve bygningen og lejligheden. Dog var oplevelsen desværre lidt præget af dårlig kommunikation – vi fik først information om check-in få timer før ankomst, selvom det blev oplyst, at vi ville modtage oplysningerne 48 timer i forvejen. Det skabte en del unødig stress. Lejligheden lever ikke helt op til billederne – den fremstår mere luksuriøs online, end den er i virkeligheden. Den er også meget lydt, og man kan høre alt fra gangen og nabolejlighederne, hvilket trækker ned i oplevelsen. Overordnet var det et fint ophold, men der er klart plads til forbedring i både kommunikation og lydisolering.
