The hotel seemed updated and was very clean. Our room was spacious. It was located quite a ways away from the downtown attractions, but there is a metro stop right across from the hotel. There is a restaurant on site that serves good food, but no other restaurants close to the hotel. The hotel does work with a small family restaurant that will pick you up and take you to their restaurant and then back to the hotel, and their food is exceptional! The staff was very courteous and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

Overall this hotel was excellent and we would definitely consider staying here again. The check-in process was a bit rocky as the line was long. I asked to store luggage because it was early for room check-in. I got moved to another person who asked for our room number, but we didn't have one as we hadn't yet checked it. So we had to wait longer to speak with someone to see if we can either get a room number or check-in despite it being early. Seems like we should be able to store luggage without a room number or next time I'll be sure to ask if the room is ready before requesting luggage storage. Anyway. We then moved to another person who was very professional and polite, got our room ready, helped answer our questions about getting around the area, and calling for a taxi the next day. The room itself is a bit smaller in terms of walking around space, but it has everything we needed. The bathroom is well stocked and very clean. The shower itself is quite narrow. There are plenty of places to hang towels or other belongings. The desk is very spacious. AC worked great. Lots of mirrors. Plenty of towels and bed was clean and comfy. Location is right infront of the metro, and the metro system was extremely easy to navigate. Tap your credit/debit card to enter, and tap to exit. We used Google maps to get around and it was so convenient having this hotel right by the Metro. The person that called for our taxi this next morning was also very prompt, professional, and friendly.

This hotel was close to the Teatro Acrimboldi Milano and away from the hustle and bustle of the downtown core. It was on the subway line and it was very convenient. The breakfast was excellent

This was our second stay this month and it was very comfortable. We had a problem ordering room service but resolved this with reception who offered a helpful alternative. We discovered a park and a second mall near the hotel, which was good. We loved the proximity to the metro.

Everything about the interior of the hotel and the staff was fantastic! The staff was very kind, welcoming, and attentive. The hotel was clean, and the breakfast was top-notch. The only problem was the location, especially in combination with it being New Year’s Eve. The hotel isn’t very close to much, but there were a few restaurants and a shopping mall within walking distance. Apparently, most restaurants (even McDonalds) close very early on NYE in Italy. We had to get room service because we couldn’t find anywhere to eat nearby. Other than that, our stay was wonderful!

Great reception staff. Comfortable, clean accommodation. We slept really well! Nice breakfast. Excellent access to the subway (across the road) but a bit far from the centre of the city to come and go during the day so plan ahead for outings. The suburb is not a good one for walking but there is a supermarket nearby if you need it.
