Handy location, next to a metro station. The room is unique and quite pretty/artistic. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Personalet var venlige og hjælpsomme.
Kvaliteten af madrassen var ikke så god.

The room we got could have better shower. Also, about the property kitchen they offered, is filthy, dirty, no air circulation, no utensils ( spoon-fork) available.
The tap water is only available at kitchen sink which was full of leftover dirty dishes.
The hospitality of staff was great and had good communication.

Nn per colpa dell’hotel ma VOSTRA perché sono arrivata lì e nn c’erano camere disponibili e io avevo confermato la camera con un vostro collega a ciò ho dato la mia carta con tutti gli informazioni e ora ho paura ma il peggio del tutto che nn si fa così c avete messo in difficoltà a noi e l’hotel

Buona posizione, comodo utilizzo card per accesso libero, buona pulizia locali, ma la camera non era quella matrimoniale prenotata ma una camera a 4 posti letto a castello

Rushed customers to check out before the time
We booked for 2 nights. The next morning, around 9 something, one of the staffs just knocks on the door and reminds us to check out, maybe she was confused but I told her we booked for 2 nights. Everyone makes mistakes, it's all good.
On our last night, in the middle of the night the air conditioner just suddenly stopped working. After not being able to fix it we asked for help but the staff just said there's nothing he can do and can only ask someone the next morning. Mind you, Italy was being attacked by a heat wave and we couldn't even open the windows because our room was basically on the ground floor so we just had to go back to sleep with no air conditioning and no open window.
On our check out morning, in a span of 45 mins (starting from approximately 09:10) they knocked on our door 4 times to tell us to check out when there was a big paper at the back of our room door saying check out was before/at 10 am. I've stayed in a lot of places and never felt so rushed like this before. We also asked them to help call us a taxi to the station which we asked how long does it take to get one, the staff said 5 mins and the car ride would take 10 mins. After more than 40 mins there was still no taxi and they told us to call one ourselves. We obviously were not locals so they basically told us to call a taxi with international call lol.
During this Italy trip I stayed in a total of 5 places and I had the worse experience in this stay.
