Really cute hotel in a quiet neighborhood. Close to main locations like Central station. Hotel room was a bit dirty but otherwise nice.

Great little hotel for those on a modest budget and willing to overlook a few tired features but appreciate friendly and accomodating staff. The hotel is just on the too far side of being walking distance from Milan Centrale unless you are fit, but does score points for being in a quiet location with a couple of restaurants around the corner.

Cozy hotel to stay in Milan

The location was close to the main train station, which was a plus. Breakfast, while not included, was delicious. And hotel staff were ready and willing to help answer questions about the city and navigating it.

The hotel is very small. The room is very small. The bed is not comfortable. it make noise all night as soon as you move. it is in a very nice area very convenient. Lots of restaurants around, but it’s overpriced.

Good stay

Good location, about 10 minute walk from milano centrale railstation. Booked a single room, perfect for 1 person. Liked the little garden area . Lots of restsurants, shopping etc in walking distance.

I liked the staff. They were helpful and understood my problems and tried to help. The place was clean. I felt management was inconsiderate (I made an error in my reservation, and although management had opportunities to help in some regard, the manager refused to offer ANY recompense in any way --- Totally by the Book for maximum revenue). Also the property was poor value for money as the room was tiny, very dated (not 'antiqued', just old). I certainly understand Milano is expensive and older hotels have small rooms, but even so, there is much better value elsewhere. I will not stay here again.

Cabine de douche cassée, robinet lavabo cassé, vieux meubles en bois abîmés, Pas d’eau, de café ou thé en chambre Petit déjeuner a été offert pour essayer de compenser une erreur de facturation mais petit déjeuner avec très peu de choix et peu de qualité. Pour un pris de 240 euros très cher pour l’état Personnel ne parlant pas l’anglais seulement l’italien (le patron un peu d’Anglais), Un tarif à 100 euros aurait été le bon prix
