We booked this hotel as it was close to the Milano Centrale train station. The hotel was a five minute walk to the station. We had heavy luggage and it was not difficult to handle the luggage across the paved stone of the square which was diagonal to the train station. We were very pleased with the cleanliness of the room and that we could regulate the air conditioning easily. The black out curtains and sound proof room guaranteed our peaceful sleep. The only complaint was that there was no shower glass walls encasing the shower so the water went all over the bathroom and even partially into the corridor of the bedroom. The tiles were a bit slippery so a shower bar handle would have been helpful. The staff was very attentive to our needs. We wanted to have a viewing of the breakfast room on the 11th floor and one of the staff took us up there when it was closed for breakfast so that we could see the impressive view from on high. The view of the Milano Centrale train station was amazing. We would definitely stay here again.

The place is walking distance to Milano Central, felt safe to walk around. Bathroom sink was too small that when used water is all over the floor. No where to hung towels, used same small bar soap for the 4 nights stay. The place was very good still.
