Erster Eindruck war gut, aber erst später sah man einige kleine Fehler. Das Apartment ist in der Maintenance nicht gut geführt. Die Rollos waren alle defekt, konnten zwar verdunkelt werden, aber der Zustand schlecht. Es fehlte eine Nespresso-Maschine. Kein Hinweis zum WLAN. Code musste man auf dem Router suchen. Mit wenig Aufwand könnte man das Apartment aufwerten

Unsafe, noisy, and poorly maintained: Many things in the apartment were broken or in bad condition. There were exposed electrical wires sticking out of the wall next to the bed, which felt dangerous. The window couldn’t close, and combined with extremely loud renovation work in the courtyard throughout the day, it was nearly impossible to spend time in the apartment—even briefly.
Unacceptable cleaning standards: The apartment was clearly not properly cleaned before my arrival. Surfaces were dusty, and the overall impression was one of neglect.
Confusing and stressful check-in: Finding the apartment and retrieving the key was frustrating. The process involved navigating several locked doors , which was stressful and time-consuming after a long journey.
I do not recommend this property and would advise other guests to choose a place with better upkeep and more professional service.
The service wont even talk to me after my stay.

The reason for our dislike is that my daughter had some worrying bites that made us fear/suspect bedbugs. We called the agency to say that after we left and they were going to check and come back to us. They never contacted us again and that made us even more suspicious. We are no handling our luggage as if it might be contaminated by bed bugs. Except for that the flat was nice, clean and in a good location. Wifi was good and the general standard fine.
