Terrible management, inflexible about rebookings and returns for stays not actualized. The area smells like sewage water due to the sewage pipes across the road by the beach. The property was clearly built sometime in the 70s or 80s. It's very old and run down.

Wear comfortable shoes so you can enjoy walking. Bring dark sunglasses. It’s very sunny. Hotel Mijas was great but upper levels of hotel aren’t As well air conditioned. Get room in lowest levels if you’re heat sensitive
