「Clean rooms, amazing staff very professional and helpful. The only thing that was annoying a bit was waiting for the elevator. The elevator is slow and had to opt going down the stairs instead of waiting. On the positive side it made me reach my steps goal faster😉. Location is very nice and the weather was perfect. 「コロナ後4年ぶりに宿泊。変らず快適に過ごせました。フロントがB1からGFに変っていて、便利になりました。 シービュールームでしたがプール側でなかったので、プール側の部屋に変更をお願いしたら、翌日に移動できました。」

「Hotel and the people were lovely friendly helpful and very tidy hotel noisy at sometimes with the Roof garden parties which we wasn’t allowed up on the roof while the parties were there which was a shame because I thought we could go up there at any time and they did go onto 1 o’clock in the morning, which I think was a bit late Especially for the people on holiday but wanted to get to bed early so I could get up early to go and see other things, but apart from that, it’s a really lovely hotel」

「We spent an incredible week at this hotel in September, 2025. The room 2902 on the 9th floor with a balcony was spacious and clean , the seaside/city view was lovely. There were some nice benefits of being premium guests like a free mini bar, free lounge and private rooftop pool. The hospitality team at the premium lounge Rocio, Agnes and Daniel went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Love the funky design of the lobby too. The pool activities were a real fun especially with entertainment...
