Basically this hotel is in a prime beach location which is great. But has enormous potential and could be so much more pleasant and enjoyable for guests if the property is refurbished and updated - we are regular guests at this hotel. Generally, the staff are friendly enough and rooms are a good size and clean. However, that is if your stay is at the ‘front’ of the property, the rear of the hotel has some sort of ‘stream’ of stagnant water which does smell. General improvements :- • bathrooms are so dated and no storage; shelves, drawers cupboards or door hooks • corridors/carpets are well worn and some stained • dining restaurant, although the food options for breakfast are good. The ambience is dark, no windows or natural light - feels like a dungeon and not a pleasant dining experience • the area around the pool is a disaster - sun-beds area so disconnected and the grass sections (totally unnecessary) are horrible and muddy from them hosing down the sun-beds each evening! • the pool bar very average and unattractive I have written this similar review previously - nothing changes which is a real shame for the hotel and guests!

Beautiful hotel with a great beach and easy access to all areas of southern Spain and almost in the center of the south Access to Marbella. It’s a beautiful city and all kinds of brands to shop If you rent a car, you won't lose, but arrange and reserve parking in advance at this hotel. This hotel is in beautiful city Mijas🙏

This hotel has many positives, perfect location, excellent service and delicious food with a good range of options offered at every meal. However, much of the hotel is very dated and desperately needs updating, particularly the bar and dining room. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

The staff were average, not amazing, not unfriendly. The hotel is dated. The gates don't open when you approach the hotel with an uber, so you have to walk to the hotel from the gate. Otherwise the view is good and the town it's located in is lovely. The beach is very beautiful

Great Location

Excellent location, right on the beach and a short walk to a good selection of bars and restaurants. Short walk to busses going either direction every 30 minutes. Buffet breakfast lunch and dinner has a huge selection of food. The hotel is showing its age in places but clean and perfectly ok to stay in.
