"The Narita Tobu Hotel was a very pleasant surprise! The rooms are spacious, the shower fantastic, the dinner delicious and just downstairs from the room, the included breakfast excellent, the staff friendly and helpful, and the shuttle bus service organized and efficient! They even have an onsite Gift Shop, Pharmacy, and a 24 hour Family Mart. I believe there is a guest laundry available, as well… They’ve thought of every convenience a weary traveler might require! We’ll definitely be back the next time we visit Japan!"

"El hotel está súper bien céntrico muy fácil de llegar desde el aeropuerto. El transporte del hotel es excelente y muy puntual. Son autobuses grandes y cómodos. El hotel está justo al lado del aeropuerto. La habitación estaba muy limpia. El desayuno es un desayuno japonés típico muy abundante, muy bueno, no el desayuno americano normal. Las habitaciones son pequeñas. Las camas son muy pequeñas. Las camas son un poco duras y el baño también es un baño pequeño, pero en sentido general precio calidad vale la pena quedarse ahí"

"We liked: Location to Narita Airport. Free shuttle to airport and shops. Spacious room with good view, excellent bed and quiet. Restaurant buffet was good value for evening meal. Free breakfast was substantial. The foyer shop provided a good range of daytime meals. Comfortable waiting area. Staff were very attentive, engaging, delightful and helpful. A real human touch. Overall great value for money. We would definitely stay there again."

"The direct bus from Tokyo stations was so helpful and made this hotel super convenient. We had our bags shipped ahead, as we were checking in they were brought to us no need to even ask for them. The staff were extremely helpful, very English friendly. We made use of the onsen it was lovely, very large, clean, wonderful outdoor area. Lots of space and different temperature pools. We ate at the onsen restaurant, nice to have a place to lounge and have a snack and a drink outside of your hotel room. Breakfast had a lot of options very well rounded meal of western and Asian options. Check out was smooth they will give you a paper of when the airport shuttle will run and will announce it in the lobby when the bus has arrived and is boarding passengers. The shuttle arrived on time and left the hotel on time. Very nice hotel."

"The rooms are quite small but typical of Japanese hotels. The public bath is not large but is excellent. The breakfast buffet is excellent and good value. Located near the train station and main tourist street down to the temple. Good value for money. Free shuttle to Narita airport (20 minutes)."
