"The location is excellent, right on the beach. The rooms are large and clean, very good condition and with a private bath. We also had a nice balcony to enjoy the wonderful sunset. The roof top baths are also very nice with a great view to the beach and surrounding area. We would have preferred the water temperature to be a bit hotter. The service is excellent and English was not a problem. The food was pretty good and overall a very relaxing stay and a very good value."

"Spartan room with just the basics. Refrigerator, microwave, small table and futon. Room was clean, with fresh good quality towels and hot shower. If you need an inexpensive place to sleep and shower near NGO airport, this place is great. Five minute walk to train station. Two stops away from airport. "

The location is great, but it is barely enough equipped, not very clean, and there is no other way than to disturb the host to get in the house every time you come in. "The staff treated me so well. Working with me even with a language barrier. After a few weeks of the Tokyo and Osaka life, that place was a slice of heaven, my only regret was not staying longer. The baths were nice, the place was super clean. Transportation to get there is a bit difficult, but that I think is what makes this place attractive, since it's in such a nice, quiet part of Japan. Going there during the Sakura season was amazing too. "

"The staff here were amazing, English was a bit hit or miss but that’s to be expected. They were always attentive and eager to help, Grade A customer service! The bed was a bit rigid for my liking but it was huge, and the overall room was huge with an amazing view. Having a nice big shower area and tub that you could actually fill to the top and soak in was icing on the cake. Would highly recommend the place. Mildly difficult to get in and out of since it starts on the 31st floor for the lobby and rooms above that. Parking was minimal but I always found a spot. We did the buffet one night, recommend having a reservation as we didn’t get the best seats but they took us in and the food was very delicious and all encompassing. Very convenient to family mart, Starbucks, Saizeriya (very cheap delicious Italian) and McDonald’s among other sit down restaurants. "
