「I arrived and it took me saying excuse me a few times before I received anyone’s attention. Upon checking into my room, the walls and door had scratch marks all over them. The mattress was covered in stains and the floors didn’t look like they were clean. There was a spot behind the bed where something had been spilled. In the bathroom there was a he in the ceiling. I changed for the event I was staying in Kingsport for that evening and went to the front desk to tell them the room was...

「We stayed here, after the NASCAR Truck race, at Bristol. It is a dog-friendly hotel, which I appreciate. I saw a few canine friends during check-in. My wife found a pair of socks, under the bed, when we first walked in (a quick look around by the staff would help). The room and bathroom were spacious, to me, but feel the price point was too high. I stayed here because of previous reviews.」

「There were no cups or tissues in the room. There was “stuff “ hair gel? On the bat counter and stains on the bath floor. Guess you get what you pay for. Staff was friendly 」

「The hotel room was clean though visibly old. Beds were comfy and mattresses seemed firm and new. Breakfast was minimal with danishes, cereal, or waffles and juice. Overall the value was good. 」

「夜間のホテル探しは困難で、地元の人にEXIT４０を出れば、ホテルの看板が見えると教えてもらった。昼間は高速道路からホテルの看板が少し見られる。２３時に到着したが、夜間遅くまで受付しているのが有り難い。受付の方は親切。据え置きのコーヒーがあったが、新しく入れたのでどうかと言われた。部屋の隅にホコリが貯まっているのが残念。シャワーヘッドの形状で以前のホテルがホリデーインだったのが分かった。朝食は問題なし。宿泊翌日の土曜日に地元のイチゴ祭りがあったが、普通のアメリカの春祭り。イチゴの販売はなく、イチゴは手作りのイチゴショートケーキ（２ドル）のみだった。」

「清潔だし、バスルームも広めだし、総合的には快適でした。ただ、私も主人も、枕が合わず。柔らかすぎて、ぺしゃんこになってしまい安眠できず。旅行で疲れているだけに、ぐっすり寝たいので、枕は重要です。あと、バスルームの洗面台に、コーヒーセットを置くのは、ちょっとどうかな。」
