「This was the perfect location for checking out the Tri-City area!」

「We loved being able to walk over to campus and visit with our son at ETSU. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. Plenty of room to spread out and enjoy our time together and we enjoyed being able to cook our food. Our only very small minor suggestion would be a few more comfy chairs in the living area would have been nice, but that’s just a super minor detail.」

「The condo was very nice. Great deck with a view of Bristol Speedway. The pictures don't do it justice. They have everything there you would need, plus a lot of extras. Karen was very helpful she answered all of our questions and made everything easier. So much better than a hotel. You're making a big mistake if you don't stay here.」

Love the central location as it was very close to hiking, biking and driving to Virginia creeper Trail. The owner responds immediately to any questions. We did not have enough coffee when we arrived and he sent the cleaning person that Evening to give us a supply. Enjoyed sitting on the porch at night and watching the sunset over the mountain.
