「Stayed here for Pilgrimage Festival so that we could be closer to Nashville when we weren’t at the festival and location was great. Easy access for the short ride to Franklin being on the south part of Nashville and a short ride or walk to things to do in Nashville. 「The rental couldn't have been better. In town to experience Nashville for the first time, we were able to park and walk to Broadway, Germantown and many other Downtown attractions. The Condo was clean and had helpful operational notes and locational suggestions throughout. Didn't have enough time to test out the pool, but as we were leaving, we checked it out and it looked nice. Would recommend these accommodations to any couple or small group.」

「The condo was not quite as close to Broadway as we had expected, but it’s still just a short 10-minute walk. It was exactly as described and spacious enough for four adults. Communication before our trip was great—I received prompt replies to all my questions. Although the condo is situated next to a train track, we rarely heard the trains and found the area to be quiet overall. It was well-stocked with everything we needed. Would definitely recommend!」

「While the communication with the staff was efficient and the ability to check out late was wonderful, the cleanliness of the property wasn’t great. There were fingerprints, makeup, and scuffs on walls. The grout in one shower was so dirty and the tub in the other bathroom had footprints on it. They also did not have toilet paper holders and seemed to have patches on each wall. They also lacked conveniences such as shampoo」

"The room is spacy enough and clean. There are two units of self laundry machine but no laundry and dry cleaning service. It is not far away from downtown if you use your car or rideshare apps. But I like to avoid the walking in the night from downtown. Breakfast are not hotel grade. They use paper plates and plastic cutleries. Only omlet fits my taste. It is good if you are student or big family who need to save money. If you are on bussiness trip, you should ask your employer to pay more."

"Conveniently located to down town and Broadway, the hotel was very comfortable place to stay at. Couple of suggestions to make it even better is to improve breakfast offering to include vegetables and warm cooked items and espresso machine. Room was very comfortable with plenty of room and fluffy beds. I would’ve been perfectly happy with everything as is if the total cost was 15-20% less. "
