「Nice and pretty room. The breakfast was also good. The only thing not so good was the shower. The water was not strong enough and badly drained. Otherwise, everything was very good.」

「Good location in beautiful scenery not far from some walks. On a main road but it was completely silent at night. Suite was lovely and bigger than expected, with beautiful views, and a very modern bathroom with a fab shower. The bed did have a weird slope to it though which put our feet higher than our heads! Food in the pub at dinner time was expensive and average, although breakfast was plentiful and good quality. Enjoyed our stay very much. 」

「Very new renovated hotel. Everything looks nice and well maintained. However it has no air-conditioning, all you get is just a table fan, me and partner can't sleep for whole night, wake up every hour because of the heat! And the most hilarious thing is the fan making helicopter noises, keep me half awake and dreaming police episodes... Even my little one complained she can't sleep well because the heat! It's not the hottest day yet, can't imagine how can people stays during very hot...

「The room was clean and comfortable but we were in the top of the building so it wasn’t the best room available. Which we didn’t mind as we it was reasonable value and we booked last minute. However the people in the establishment were a little rowdy and we felt uncomfortable on the evening having our meal. The breakfast the following morning was unorganised with staff who didn’t know what to do and was definitely not worth the money.」

「A wonderful stay in the middle of the countryside! Colleen and Griz were perfect, friendly, down to earth hosts and their recommendation for a local pub for food was lovely! It was also great to meet their dogs who were so keen to have a bit of fuss! Breakfast was stunning and freshly cooked. The room had a really comfortable bed and everything was clean and welcoming. We'd highly recommend Ty Mawr to anyone wanting a stay in the lovely West Wales countryside.」
