「A lovely place with an interesting history, super friendly welcome, lovely room and everything we needed. We dined there too and the food was spot on, really tasty, good portions and fairly priced. The only thing I would say is that the room was a little chilly and we couldn’t find controls to change that. However I assumed as it was summertime the heating was off, it just happened to be a rainy chilly May Day! I had a lovely deep bath in the freestanding tub and was soon back to being warm!」

「Borthwen b&b is a fantastic place to stay. Colin and Lisa were such kind and caring hosts and nothing was too much trouble. It was my partners birthday and they even put a birthday candle on his breakfast, he was thrilled to bits! The b&b was spotless, quiet and very comfortable, and the view from there is spectacular. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated. The breakfast was probably the best I've ever had and they were able to provide me a vegetarian option which was much appreciated....
