「The location is remote, peaceful and lovely. It's an old building and full of character with huge, comfortable rooms. All the staff were helpful. Breakfasts were a little limited, but adequate. We didn't enjoy the one dinner we had, but it was good value. Overall I'd recommend this hotel for its excellent value accommodation and location.」

「部屋は清潔感があり居心地が良かったです。４歳、１歳の子供を含む家族4人での滞在でしたが快適に過ごせました。 ただ滞在直前にホテルのレストランでの夕食を予約しようとしたら満席で予約できませんでした。評判が良さそうだっただけに残念でした。ホテルでの夕飯を考えている場合は早めの予約をお勧めします。 ただ、車で少し行ったところにある家族連れでも入りやすいレストラン(チェーン店やバーですが)の場所を大変丁寧に教えてくださりとても助かりました。 今回は2月の滞在だったためぶどう畑も枯れ木のようでしたが、ちょっとした散歩道などもありいい時期に来ればさぞかし気持ちの良いところだと思いました。夜は星がたくさん見えました。」

「It had everything we needed for a one nights stay. The only thing we couldn’t find was the switch for the heating as we did need to take the chill off now it’s getting cooler. Despite the fire alarm going off and no one knowing what to do at 5am we had a pleasant stay」

「**Disappointing anniversary stay** We booked Lanelay Hall over three months in advance for a special anniversary and were looking forward to the luxury boutique experience advertised. We had hoped that booking so far ahead would allow us to be allocated one of the more desirable rooms. Unfortunately, we were allocated Clock Tower 1, an accessible Deluxe Room. Although the hotel has confirmed this was the Deluxe category we booked, the room itself was very disappointing. It felt clinical rather...

The lady at the reception was very kind to me and helped me when there was an issue with the booking as Expedia had not sent the booking through properly and she still managed to find me a room. Second time I have stayed here and will definitely stay again ❤️」
