「旧市街の外れにある小さなホテルです。一階にレストラン・バーがあります。古い建物を改造したホテルでエレベーターなどはありませんが、総じてスタッフの感じが良く、清潔感もあって、気持ち良く滞在できました。朝食にはFull Englishを選択しましたが（他にヴェジタリアン向けなどあり）、おいしかったです。」

「ロケーションが良い、親切でとても感じの良いスタッフ、美味しい朝食、築600年の建物を改装し、綺麗で使い勝手の良いシャワーブースが完備されている。シャワーの温度が低いのが気になった。毎回思うのは、タオルが黒ずんでいて清潔感を感じられないのが残念である。それ以外は、お部屋の清掃など綺麗に整えられていて何も問題はない。」

「Simply superb! This traditional B&B, for me, was perfect. Louise met me at the door with a warm smile and showed me to my, quaint, comfortable room. The brass-rail bed was super comfortable and my breakfast was cooked excellently by Peter, the other half of this welcoming (and hardworking) couple. Highly recommend this place when you’re passing through Shrewsbury UK. Robert 」

「The staff were amazing, nothing was too much trouble. The food in the restaurant was very good and worth staying in for. The hotel garden backs onto a beautiful park and is a three minute walk to cafes and shops (some of these appear to be shut on Tuesdays, but there were enough open to make a trip worthwhile). If you have accessibility issues make sure you request a downstairs room as there are no lifts. There is so much to do in the area; a long weekend is very quickly filled with museums,...
