This luxury apartment is located at the Beachwalk Resort at the corner of Hallandale Beach Boulevard and the Intracoastal Waterway, equidistant from Miami Beach to the south, and Ft. Lauderdale to the north.

This unit is located on a high floor, with a large balcony where you can enjoy direct views of the intracoastal waterways and the ocean. It is just one easy block to the beach and minutes from the most fabulous nightlife, dining, shopping, and recreation experience. Wireless internet is included. There is a 1 king size bed and 4 queen size beds that can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people and a queen size sofa bed for two if extra space is needed. The master bedroom king size beds. The second bedroom has queen beds, the third bedroom offer 2 queens size beds and the forth bedroom offer queen size bed . There are 3 private bathrooms and a large flat screen TV.There are 3 private bathrooms .

Also, a fitness center, a restaurant, an open business center with computers and printers, and beach access with a free shuttle service to the beach (3 minutes away). At the beach, there is a restaurant and they offer chairs and umbrellas for a fee .

The Beachwalk is in a superb location, surrounded by beaches to the East, restaurants, and the world famous Gulfstream Park, where you can go out to dine, enjoy horse races or try your luck at the casino to the West. To the South, you can continue to the renowned Aventura Mall or if you feel like going on an adventurous nightlife, you can head to South Beach to party all night. To the North, you can enjoy more shopping and restaurants in the city of Fort Lauderdale. We are minutes from Fort Lauderdale airport.

The resort is walking distance to shops such as Starbucks, Panera, and many other restaurants, as well as supermarkets (Publix, Winn Dixie) and Walmart.

Chairs may be used only after check-in and not before 9:00 AM

🚫 Items Not Allowed on the Beach
To maintain a clean and enjoyable environment, the following are prohibited:
- Personal coolers
- Outside food
- Food delivery services (Uber Eats, etc.)
- BBQs or grills

📌 Beach Etiquette
To ensure comfort and fairness for all guests, please keep the following in mind:
- One guest per chair (Children under 12 may share a chair with an adult.)
- No sitting or placing items between chairs
- No reserving chairs — they are first come, first served
- No smoking in the chair area
- Assigned chairs only
- Towels must remain on the beach and be returned at the end of the day
- Personal beach equipment (chairs, umbrellas, etc.) is not permitted on Heed Beach

Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for a fee. The resort provides 60 beach chairs complimentary on a first come, first served basis. Beach/Pool towels are also provided on a first come, first served basis at the pool area.

Self Check in Is available

Parking fees are the following:
1-2 nights $35
3-7 nights $25
7-30 nights $175
Plus taxes

Please note that there is a $30 daily resort fee per unit and a $250 refundable security deposit paid upon arrival at the front desk.

We also offer tiered resort fee prices based on the length of your stay:
$25 per day for stays of 7–15 days
$20 per day for stays of 15–29 days
$300 per month for stays of 30 days.
Stays exceeding 30 days are charged $300 + $10 per additional day

A 4% card fee will apply in the event of a cancellation that results in a refund.
