The building requires a background check for each guest over 18 years old. PLEASE ALLOW 2 WEEKS FOR APPROVAL.

ADDITIONAL FEES PAID OUTSIDE OF VBRO:

APPLICATION FEES: A fee of $100 per adult or $100 per married couple must be paid directly on the "Tenant Evaluation" website. The condo application must be submitted within 2 days of booking.

VALET PARKING: Guests may access valet parking for a one-time fee of $10, payable directly to the La Perla Management office. This fee covers your parking decal for the entire stay. Only one car is allowed per booking. Additional vehicles can be accommodated by renting a space or purchasing parking passes from the building.

GUEST ID'S / BEACH SERVICE - ONE-TIME FEE: Upon arrival, guests must register at the office and pay a one-time fee of $25 per adult, payable directly to La Perla's office. This fee includes guest ID cards, which grant access to all building amenities, elevators, and beach services.
