Check-in agent communicated with us well, but had us waiting for over half an hour on arrival (due to heavy rain and another check-in), but was friendly and helpful and did not cause a problem for us.

over all stay was nice, but here's some cons..
The room was far from the lift and I had to use the stairs to access my room. the fridge was full smell of molds and so were free bottles of water, so didn't use it at all. Before I used AC, felt like the room air was not so fresh neither. if it was 3 star hotel, I could understand the condition... staff was nice and helpful, thank you!"
"Very close to the central station and breakfast was quite good. Price was pretty reasonable compared to expensive hotels in Firenze. The best service the hotel provides is free water. I would definitely recommend this hotel who wants to stay near the central station. "
