Room and bathroom clean. Could use more cloth hangers. Great breakfast with everything you might want. Sergio and the breakfast staff are execellent in keeping up with cappucino orders and replenishing the food choices. Great location with tram T2 station next to the hotel. T2 from airport as well as passing by railroad station to hotel. Avoid taxis, very expensive. Public transport gets you everywhere. Walk from hotel to ponte vecchio is 40 minutes.

We enjoyed our stay. The hotel staff was very accommodating. We received a room upgrade. The breakfast was delicious (we indulged every morning). Although it is a 15 minute walk to the center of Florence, the walk is beautiful, and my wife and I enjoyed the extra steps. Highly recommend.

Nice staff, good breakfast, walking distance to the city center. The only thing is that the hotel is outdated and definitely need some renovation. Unfortunately the garden wasn’t open so we couldn’t enjoy it.
