Staff was very helpful especially kitchen staff. Breakfast was worth the value of what we paid for. No AC in our room but I guess that is what we paid for but it was raining and cold when we were in CDMX last week to watch Dimash concert so it was no big deal. Will use this hotel again.

The Hotel was very nice option when our flight was cancelled. The staff was friendly and professional. The restaurant food and service was good. The hotel provided a shuttle back the the airport the next day. This is a good option for our anyone near the MX city airport.
