「Nice, clean apartment in an excellent location. After hours check in charges are steep. Internet did not work for 5 of our 7 day stay. Host was non-responsive through WhatsApp, which they had told us to use to communicate problems. Communication of the issue through Expedia was slow and did not resolve the issue. We had expected/needed internet access for work during the trip and were disappointed to have to search for that access off premises.」

It was a hot July week in Paris; no AC but a strong fan was provided. Travellers need to know that the room is 4 floors up a semi-spiral staircase and there is no elevator. Carrying suitcases up and down was awkward, tho' I considered it daily exercise. Unfortunately, my plane got in at 6am and instruction from the host informed that room access...
