「No front desk . U have to check in 72 hour before and they said if u don’t do it u lost your booking . No phone number for the host to talk directly. And no money back . Horrible horrible . and the park in the front full off rats . Disgusting」

「Nice, clean apartment in an excellent location. After hours check in charges are steep. Internet did not work for 5 of our 7 day stay. Host was non-responsive through WhatsApp, which they had told us to use to communicate problems. Communication of the issue through Expedia was slow and did not resolve the issue. We had expected/needed internet access for work during the trip and were disappointed to have to search for that access off premises.」

「Fantastic Marias location. The room was everything I needed - especially for a solo traveller. About a 10 min walk to station, easy walk to lots of sites. Lots of local food shops and a supermarket 20 seconds walk away.」

「This is a great holiday apartment for Paris. The entrance looks a bit off putting but it is actually a very nice neighborhood and building. The apartment is clean, tastefully decorated and well laid out and has everything you need for a comfortable stay ( really appreciated the exceptional kitchen). 「Concerns have been forwarded to host. Hoping they are fixed for the next guest. Dirty walls, broken couch, weird unsealed door in bedroom “closet”, dirty floors and rug. Very noisy due to being inside a shopping center and not sound proof to the hallway so when people go in and out you hear everything. WiFi is not very reliable, had to go out of the shopping center each time I had to use phone for anything important.」

「The apartment was within walking distance of a lot that my group and I wanted to see, like the Louvre for example. Easy access to bus stops / train stations as well. The apartment has lots of windows so it helped to keep cool. The staff were super responsive and responded quickly. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to paris.」
